Here at New Parks Thunder Hammers you can join in one of our two card games that we currently have to offer. One of them is Magic: The Gathering, and the other is Pokémon. So if you are not into the miniature collecting/war gaming, or the adventure role-playing games, but want to come in and try something different, then have a go at playing either one of these.

    Magic is a game in which wizards cast spells, summon creatures, and exploit magical objects to defeat their opponents. While Pokéon is a game where you take six pocket monsters into battle, and attempt to knock out the other players six pokémon.

    The club does offer their own Pokémon and Magic card decks for your use, however making your own decks and bringing them in for battle is completely fine, we even offer some cards to use to help build those decks. So if you are a veteran player then come along with your modern decks and have some fun. But if your new to the idea and would like to give it a try, also come down and gain that experience.
